WARRANTY
All products have a 1 month warranty.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not misuse of the product.
Warranty claims include: products with defective parts, parts that are detached, poorly finished, poorly assembled, among others.
Write to us on WhatsApp at 3192867700 and tell us what the warranty would be, if possible with a photo and we will solve it in the shortest possible time.
Changes do not apply when there are promotions in the store.
CHANGES
You have 8 business days from the date you received your order to make the change.
It is important that the product must not be modified or altered from its original state; it must be in good condition, clean, and with its original labels.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Shipping costs and any other expenses related to the exchange will be covered by the consumer.

WHAT TO DO IF THE PRODUCT THAT ARRIVED WAS NOT THE ONE YOU PURCHASED?
- Please contact us as soon as possible via our WhatsApp number 3192867700. We are available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and it is important that you inform us within 3 business days of receiving the wrong product.
- Once you have contacted us, we will arrange for the collection of the incorrect product. Shipping costs will be covered by Skull Accessories.
- Please ensure the product is in perfect condition for return: unused, clean, with tags and original packaging or properly protected. Use the same packaging you received the order in or one suitable for safe transport.
- After we have received and verified the returned product, we will send you your correct order within 2 to 5 business days.
- If the correct product is not available, we will contact you to arrange a refund of the amount corresponding to your purchase.
- Please remember that when delivering the product, we will ask for identification from the person who made the purchase. If you are not available, we will leave the order at the address provided, even if the person who made the purchase is not present.
RETURN/WITHDRAWAL POLICIES
In accordance with the right of withdrawal established by Law 1480, Article 47, the maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal is 5 business days from the delivery of the goods.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Shipping costs and any other expenses related to the return will be the responsibility of the consumer.
If all the aforementioned conditions are met, Skull will return the full amount paid, without any discounts or withholdings, and the term may not exceed 30 calendar days.
